Several times.
There's a movie called "Su excelencia" with a Mexican Character named "Cantinflas", his final speech is very good exaple of what we all should do, or what countries would do, even for a 1967 movie, the message is still valid for all times. The speech made me cry not just one, but two or three times. It is quite humanistic.
In Lord of the Rings, when the Ents fight back, It would be lovely if the nature could do the same in Earth. I think some times it does, but is not quite selective as in this movie; with hurricanes and earthquakes; we don't see trees fighting for their kingdome or for little plants. When Treebeard sees the destruction made by the orks is also another from the same movie. So I cried two times in the same movie. What would I say? I love nature!
In The Pasion. All the calvary of Jesus Christ. I haven't seen this movie again because I fear I could feel the same, so I never wanted to see it again.
